PRICE

As stated next to the item, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.


PAYMENT METHOD

We accept the following credit and debit cards only Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch. All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and credit / debit card transactions for orders outside the UK will be converted by the card company at their current exchange rates.

PRINTS

All prints sold on the site are delivered unframed and unmounted. All prints are rolled and delivered in a postal tube.

Prices quoted on the website include local taxes and postal charges.

PRINT DELIVERY

Delivery is via the UK postal service second class recorded. We do our very best to dispatch orders within 7 working days.

All prints on the site are held in stock and will always attempt to adjust the site if stocks run out.

Any delivery times quoted are estimates, based on availability and normal delivery time in working days.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ORDER?

If your order is damaged in transit or goes missing we will make enquiries with the postal service. Please allow up to 28 days for a resolution.

RETURNS

We cannot exchange prints that have been damaged. We would only refund/exchange if the print was damaged by the postal service.

It is vital that you enclose a covering letter with the return detailing your name, full address; order number and reason for return (please also specify whether you require an exchange or refund).

We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. It is your responsibility to take care of the prints before returning them, and they must be returned in the original packaging in a state where they can be resold.

REFUND

You may return your print within 28 days of purchase and we will refund you the price of the goods.

ORIGINAL WORK

Orginal paintings require special packaging and delivery arrangements.

Original works must be returned in the original packaging via a carrier nominated and arranged by Makin Gallery Plymouth from the original delivery address or address advised by you.

DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

It is our policy never to sell or pass on your name and address to other organisations. You will never receive "junk mail" as a result of ordering from The Johne Makin Gallery.
